Partner account information

As an NTT client or partner, you can access resources using your corporate account. It provides a secure and convenient method to authenticate to NTT services.

Our authentication uses Microsoft identity services. If your organisation subscribes to Microsoft Office365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, etc), you can use the same username and password to authenticate to NTT services. Even if this is not the case, you could use your corporate email address and a one-time password sent to you in an email. It is a more secure way to authenticate since it uses your corporate authentication, and you don’t need to remember or store another password.

Some configuration is required before you can use your account for authentication. If you have received an email confirming that your account is configured, or if you're not sure - you can test the sign-in process here. For more information, see the sections below.

Understanding different account types

There are two different scenarios that could apply to your organisation. If you subscribe to Office365 (Azure AD), you can use that account to log in. If not, you can authenticate with a one-time password. Click on the options below for more information

Office 365 / Azure subscribers

If your organisation use Office365 services, you could use the same account you use to log into your email and SharePoint to access NTT services.

When you see the login form, always ensure that the URL is https://login.microsoftonline.com and the green SSL trusted site logo is displayed (or equivalent for your preferred browser)

The sign-in process starts with entering the username. Note that your organisation may have a different sign in experience. This is an example of the default Office365 sign in process, but you might see a login form with your company logo.
Your username might be different from your email address.

Enter your password on the next form. If your company logo was not displayed on the previous form (for the username), it will usually appear on the form asking for the password.

If your password was entered correctly, this should complete the sign in process.

No Office 365 / Azure subscription

If your organisation does not subscribe to Office365, you can use your email address as the username to authenticate to NTT services.
During the sign in process, you will be asked to enter your email address, then confirm that you want to send the code to your email address.

The one-time code will be sent to your email address.

Enter the one-time password on the next form that you see to complete the sign in process.

Check what type of account you have

You can enter your email address below to check the status of your account. Note that this test is not 100% accurate, but is intended to estimate the type of account you are using.

Granting permissions

When you are able to use an Office365 corporate account to access NTT resources, you might first receive an email from NTT to confirm that you have been invited to access services. If you click on the link, or authenticate to NTT services for the first time, you might see a page that asks you to accept conditions.

When you see "Review permissions" form, always ensure that the URL is https://login.microsoftonline.com and the green SSL trusted site logo is displayed (or equivalent for your preferred browser)

The instructions explain that we are allowed to access your name information and email address. Note that we will never have access to any other information as this is restricted by Microsoft. The not mentions that we could use your corporate account profile photo. While it is allowed by Microsoft, we never access or store the photo information.

Account management

This sign in method would allow you to use your email address / username, but NTT will never store or manage your password. For Office365 / Azure subscribers, you could use your corporate password. Other clients would receive a one-time password that is valid for 30 minutes.

Office365 Portal
You can test your corporate Office365 access. If you can sign in to this portal, your account should also be able to sign in to NTT services.

The account management portal for your NTT account. Click on your name (top right) and select Profile for more information. You can also switch between organisations (NTT or your own organization)

Possible problems

There are a few known limitations that could present problems in some cases:

No account configured by NTT

It is possible that you have a valid account, but it's not yet configured by the NTT team. Please reach out to your service or account manager to arrange for the account to be configured.

Legacy Microsoft Live account

Until a few years ago, Microsoft allowed users to register their corporate email addresses on their Live service (also referred to as Microsoft Accounts. This sometimes causes issues during the sign in process. Your corporate IT team may need to assist in correcting this. You are welcome to reach out to your NTT service or account manager for more information

Sign in blocked by your IT team

Some companies prefer to block this type of authentication to outside entities by default. We can work with your IT team to create a specific trust to NTT services to authorise sign in to our systems.
